Many years ago, my grandmother was in the Maria Luisa Park feeding pigeons. I remembered the photo from my aunts and father, but never imagined I would end up in the same place feeding the pigeons just like she did! It was one way for me to feel connected to a part of my family that I never had the privilege to meet.
